Is your offer price negotiable?

Occasionally. We price our offer depending on many items – utilities in the area, property size, and flood zones for example. For our purchases to make sense as investments, we’re very careful with what we pay for land. If you’re looking for full retail value, we are not your best option. Typically, to get full retail value owners need to work with real estate agents to sell their property. This process usually involves finding an agent who is willing to sell vacant land, since most are not, waiting long periods of time for the property to hopefully sell, then having commissions and fees eat into your profit.
