Once the Purchase Agreement is signed, we’ll send it to a reputable title company to begin the closing process.
Closing Process
The title company will check the chain of title and put together the closing documents. They’ll send the closing documents to you for signature. We’ll send payment for the property to be held in escrow with the title company.
Payment
Once you’ve executed the closing documents, the title company will release our payment from escrow directly to you. You’ll have your payment for the property and the closing will be complete.
